High Security Deposits We always retain a larger than one months rent security deposit. This discourages abuse of the property and assures funds are available at the end of the agreement to make any necessary repairs. Full Time Care Our full time job is to take care of your property. 24 hours a day seven days a week someone is on call to handle any problem that may arise. Resources We have the right people to handle the job from licensed contractors to handymen, landscapers and cleaners. We know the correct workers to handle any given situation or problem.
